This policy explains how Sitekick LLC handles personal information through the Sitekick website. Our apps have separate privacy policies.
When you contact us, we use the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, to respond to your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may need contact details to reply.
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and page requests, to operate and protect the website.
We share information with service providers that host our website or handle messages, or when required by law. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
External websites have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the date above.
Holiday Sale Announcement Bar Privacy

Holiday Sale Announcement Bar (“the App”) is provided by Sitekick LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App or contact us.
1. Information we handle
We process:
Your announcement names, text, design settings, and publication records.
Wix account authorization, site and installation identifiers, and limited technical information used to check errors.
Your email address and anything you send us when asking for support.
The App does not require a separate account or password.
2. How we use information
We use this information to save and display announcements, check access permissions, fix problems, and provide support. Information needed to run the App is required; sending additional support information is optional.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Where applicable, our legal bases are providing the service under our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in support and security, and legal obligations.
3. Storage and sharing
The App uses Wix to host its services and store announcement data. Our email provider handles support messages. These providers may process information outside your country. Wix also handles platform information under its Privacy Policy.
Authorized site collaborators can manage your drafts. Published announcements are public, so do not include confidential or sensitive information.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
4. Visitors and cookies
The App does not add advertising trackers, visitor behavior analytics, or tracking cookies.
Loading the announcement and its assets sends ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, to Wix’s hosting infrastructure. Wix and other services on your website may have their own cookies and data practices.
5. Keeping and deleting information
You can edit or delete drafts in the App. Deactivating an announcement stops its display but keeps its data.
Deleting a draft or uninstalling the App does not automatically erase all publication settings, publication records, or platform copies. Publication settings and records currently have no automatic expiry.
6. Security and your rights
We use Wix sign-in and permission checks to protect access. No online service is completely secure.
Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also request deletion, a copy of your data, or limits on its use, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity.
You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
7. Updates and contact
We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide notice of important changes through the App or another appropriate channel.
